Q: What do you declare to the customs?

A: We normally declare the package as "Gift" or "Other items" to customs with lower price on the invoice/bill to help avoid tariffs, but we are not sure if this could help you. If you have any request about declaration, please leave us a message in the order before shipment.

Q: Do I need to cooperate with customs to clear my package?

A: Normally, you do not need to worry about this, but you should know that the buyer is obliged to cooperate with the customs to clear the imported package. If the parcel fails to be delivered or the parcel is returned due to the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance in time, the buyer shall bear full responsibility.

Q: Do I need to pay customs tariffs?

A: This is dependent on the customs policy in your country, you may be levied taxes by your customs for something you purchased online. Customs clearance is especially strict in Brazil, Israel, Ukraine, Mexico and Chile.

• When the tracking information shows "Parcel arrives in destination country", the logistics company or your local post office maybe make a call to ask buyer to sign it, please don't missed.
